Crush graham crackers, mix with butter. Press crust into bottom of 9x9 or 10x10 pan. Bake crust only for 10 minutes.
Turn oven down to 325°F.
Beat Cream Cheese until smooth. Add sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, and salt.
Add eggs one at a time until combined.
Pour filling when crust has cooled.
Combine oats, salt, and flour for topping. Add melted butter and crumble over top of cheesecake.
Bake until just set.
