Combine cheese and butter until creamy, add flour, salt, cayenne and pecans
Roll into logs
For added kick, roll logs through light sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Refrigerate dough and keep cold until ready to bake
Slice dough into and bake for 8-10 min @ 375 degrees until light brown on outside
Dough can be frozen for later use
