In large sauce pan, sauté chicken, onion, & garlic powder until chicken is no longer pink.
Add beans, broth, chilies, & seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Stir in sour cream & cream just before serving, heating only until well incorporated.
Serve topped with shredded cheese & cilantro leaves.
