From Colorado
In a Dutch oven or large soup pot over medium heat, add the oil and all the meat.
Simmer until lightly browned.
Add the onions, garlic and saute - remove from heat.
Add the flour and stir well to coat all the meat (3/4 - 1 Cup).
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1-hour stirring constantly.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
