Perfect pasta dish for the dog days of summer.
1. Boil past until tender, approximately 12-15 minutes
2. Dice onion and bell pepper.
3. Toss together pasta, onion, bell pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
4. Drizzle olive oil over past mixture and toss one final time, careful not to break the pasta.
**Serve either hot or at room temp.
This is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for summer. While extremely quick and easy it is also sophisticated enough to use for a dinner party, especially when paired with crusty garlic bread.
