Suggest a better descriptionEn\venly distribute crumbs over bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Press crumbs down lightly. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Set aside. In a small, heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Stir constantly. Pour melted chocolate all at once into cheese mixture and beat until combined. Add egg and beat until very smooth, about 5 minutes. Add sour cream and liqueur and mix until combined. Pour batter over prepared crust. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or until just set. Refrigerate overnight before serving. *****Any kind of chocolate cake crumbs, without frosting can be used. Any commercially prepared cake isfine.
