Suggest a better descriptionIf you are not watching the calorie count you can add nuts too. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. (Do this even when they are teflon coated.) In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla until well mixed. Add raisins. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, Bake 10 mins. or until firm. Do not overbake. Remove; cool on wire rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
