My all time favorite
Brown meat slowly, drain fat. Add next 5 ingredients and 1 cup water, simmer covered for 15 minutes. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water. Drain and rinse noodles. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except mozzerella. Layer half of noodles, ricotta mixture, cheese slices, then meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
I found this recipe as a teen in a cookbook, I think Better Homes and Gardens. I have changed a couple of things that I enjoy more.
