Brown pork chops, set aside. Sauté onion and pepper until translucent. Add can of soup, 1 1/3 c water and spices. Bring to boil and turk off. Put rice in baking dish and pour 3/4 of liquid mixture over rice. Put pork chops on top and add remaining liquid. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, uncover and cook for 15 min more.
