The yummiest soup ever
Cook potatoes, carrots and onion soup mix in enough chicken broth to cover vegetables until veggies start to soften - Transfer all to 6 qt crockpot
Brown & drain ground chuck and add to vegetables
Add rest of ingredients except broth. Save it until last. Then, just use enough to cover meat and veggies.
A 6 qt crockpot will be very full, so stir carefully.
Let cook on high until bubbly 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
Every time you add a can of chicken broth, add a can of beef broth. Really works good in a slow cooker. Can use beef round steak cut in small chunks and browned but you need to cook the soup 4 to 6 hours in a slow cooker to make sure the beef is tender. If you want the soup a little thicker, add flour to your meat as you brown it (about 1 - 2 Tbsp).
