Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter; mix until it resembles "crumb". Remove 1 cup; reserve for topping. To the remainder in the bowl, add Molasses, soda, salt and water. Mix well. Any size pan can be used depending on thickness of cake desired. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
