Add eggs, sugar, salt, flour & melted butter.
Mix well to form a dough.
Knead dough until pliant & elastic.
Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness.
Cut dough into long strips.
Roll strips by hand to a finger thickness.
Cut in pieces 6" x 3/4" each.
Boil strips to half-readiness.
Remove from water & drain in a sieve.
Roll drained strips in flour.
Fry in hot oil to a golden-brownish color.
Drain on a rack then place on a platter.
Slather well with spur cream then sprinkle with castor sugar.
