1. Cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Reserving 1 teaspoon, discard drippings.
2. Saute onion and pepper in reserved dripppings or oil.
3. Combine all ingredients in 1 quart casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
