Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ground beef with ketchup, onion powder, stuffing mix,
water and egg whites. Put the meat mixture in a loaf pan or similar pan with sides and form into
loaf. Bake 55-60 mins, or until 160 degrees inside temp.
Directions if frozen: Take out of freezer the night before you plan cooking and place in fridge to thaw.
