Suggest a better descriptionCombine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour water and oil into center of flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Knead dough 15-20 minutes. Divide into 6 large balls. Roll each ball out into circles. Cut each circle into 4 triangles. Deep fry until brown. NOTES : Maandazis taste best when they are warm. They are served on any occasion, except as a dessert.
