This is a Indian Curry made of Lentils. Generally consumed along with Rice.
This is a Spicy Dish !!!
1) Cook Lentils in a cup of water. You can use a Pressure Cooker(2 Whistle in Indian Climate) to make the process faster
2) Add table Spoon of Cooking oil and add the grated coconut. Add cumin, pepper, fenugreek, small onions, garlic, curry leaves and a bit of lentils. Sauté until the mixture turn brown. Add coriander powder to the mixture and sauté. Cool the mixture and grind in a blender to a fine paste.
