This marinade is delicious, easy and fast! I marinated chicken with it. MiMi marinated pork tenderloin with it. Both were yummy!
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine well. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste. Pour over any meat and vegetables of you choice. Marinade as long as you want, being mindful of the vinegar.
