Smells great when it is baking. Very easy
Preheat 350
Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan with 2 tsp buttter and sprinkle sides and bottom with bread crumbs.
Tap out excess
Cream butter and sugar in mixer at medium speed.
Beat in eggs one at a time
Sift together dry ingredients and add half into batter
Beat in sour cream and vanilla and then rest of dry ingredients
Pour into pan; rap once sharply on table.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes til tester comes out clean (about 40 minutes for mini loaves)
Tried and true. Nice taste. Great with coffee or for brunch.
