1. First pre heat the oven in 350 (F).
2.Take a baking pan. Put coco nut oil or butter the grease the pan all over. Make sure the oil was spread it to make grease.
3. Sprinkle the almond flour to stick the grease corner of the baking pan.
4. Take a bowl put all the dried ingredients and mixed it. Then add apple
5. Take the eggs separate the white to yellow. Then mixed the egg white using the hand mixer to create the styptic out of the egg white.
6.Then add egg white but don't over mix so its flappy and not thick and heavy.
7.Then put in baking pan and gently press .
8.Then set on the oven 200F - 350F temperature with in 80-90 minutes.
Make sure don't over mixed the egg white .
