Preheat oven to 400 degrees. fill medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Aggressively salt it. Blanch the broccoli for about 2 minutes. Drain, finely chop. In mixing bowl add all ingredients. and optional hot sauce or sriracha. Mix well and chill for 15 minutes. (I skipped this step previously and they were fine). Spray non-stick baking sheet or use parchment. Shape the mixture into tots and spread evenly on sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes, flip and then bake for additional 8-9 minutes or until golden brown.
