One word for this recipe...WOW! This smoothie is a breakfast smoothie, but do you know what? I could just as easily have this as a post dinner dessert. The smoothie isn't sickly sweet, but when you are on Keto and don't have any sugar, it hit's those sweet notes really nicely! The smoothie is swimming in fresh Mint, Blueberries and raw Cacao Powder
