Soups are always like a big ol' hug, and that's what makes them so good! This soup utilizes Cauliflower as the base, with Sriracha sauce to give a kick, and Spicy Chorizo (and oil) to really knock you off your feat.The soup packs a punch, so if you like your meals to pack a punch then generously drizzle the Chorizo oil over the top, on the flip if you aren't a fan of a kick then simply reduce the Chorizo oil that is drizzled over, or don't drizzle any at all. A word to the wise though, the Chorizo oil really does make this soup something quite special! Unfortunately on Keto, bread is a big no-no, fortunately for you though we have a Keto friendly bread, that when toasted is so delicious to dunk in this ultra-creamy main.
