It's omelette time again, and this time we have made it super simple and fresh! Our omelette requires only a few standard household ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, avocado & crumbled feta cheese. We made it a bit fancy and added some crispy prosciutto for all of you finer food lovers out there, however if you only have bacon on hand you can certainly use that also!
