Preheat oven to 350 . Line pan with parchment paper. Chop almonds and coconut to very fine pieces. Mix with salt and flour.
In a small pot melt butter, syrup, cream and extract set a timer after 1 minute of boiling. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Roll out collies on baking sheet a good distance apart. Bake for 7 minutes. Turn oven to 325 and bake and additional 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
