Mix it all together in a large bowl and store in a large, air tight container away from heat and light. Put a scoop in it to measure out the amount you want.
To use it, measure out your amount and cover that with equal parts boiling water. Mix and let it sit until it's completely gelled. Now you can add coconut milk and sweetener or some nut butter and coconut oil and sweetener or berries and cream.
