Combine hemp, flax, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, and stevie and almond milk. Stir to combine. Turn the heat to medium high to bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until liquid is absorbed and the oatmeal thickens, stirring occosionally, about 5 minutes.
Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Top with chopped pecans.
