Trying to make single-serve cobbler
Melt butter in a small skillet while slicing the apples into a mixing bowl. Add 1/3c sugar and cinnamon to the apples and toss. Add to the butter in the skillet and sauté until the apples are soft and a syrup starts to form.
Combine bisquick and sugar, then add milk and mix into a dough.
Divide the apples into the bottoms of three ramekins. Add about 1/4c of dough to the top of each and bake for 10 minutes at 350.
