Suggest a better descriptionWash Chicken Wings,(Drummetts) in a paper bag place all the seasonings and bread crumbs, shake bag to mix well, place chicken in bag and shake well again making sure you get a light coating around the wings.Let sit in bag for 1/2 hour.
Wrap wings with bacon and secure with wooden tooth pick. place wraped wings on the second to the top rack in a smoker, let cook for 20 mins, then place the sauage on the top rack of the smoker allowing the juices to run down over the wings. continue cooking for another 20 mins.
