Key Lime Mini Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350
Line two 12 cup mini cupcake pans.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg and beat until combined.
Mix in half of the flour, baking powder and salt on low.
Add lime juice, combine. Mix in remaining flour.
Spoon into cupcake liners and bake for 17 minutes. Cool.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Frost!
