This is a favorite of my husband -- he LOVES key lime pie, and he LOVES cheesecake -- the best of both worlds!
Preheat oven to 375
Stir crust ingredients together and press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 375? for 8 minutes -- COOL.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in sour cream, flour, lime juice and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and bake at 375? for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250? and bake another 50-55 minutes.
Cool completely. Run a knife around the edge of the pan before removing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
