Put all ingredients except the parsley in to the pot and let slow boil for 45-50min closed lid until cooked.(you will
need to stir every 5-8 min)
If you prefer you may use pressure cooker then it takes only 10min then you need to
reduce the bouillon and tomato accordingly still I suggest carry on nprmal cooking for another 15min
for better taste.
when you finish cooking put out he fire and add the chopped parsley in to the mix.
let it cool.
you may serve cold and warm
cold : as it is you may with little bir more parsley addition
Warm : If you are planning to serve warm then do not suggest you add the parsley at all.
put the desired amount of the cooked beans in to the earthenware casserole add hot chili flakes and mix
and put it in to oven at 250c for 15-20 min and serve.
