This is a simple but tasty recipe for kielbasa and sauerkraut.
Chop onion
Empty sauerkraut in to colander and rinse then squeeze water out.
In large pan, saute onion
Add mushrooms and bacon (optional)
Stir in brown sugar
Add sauerkraut
Finally add cut up Kielbasa
Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour or bake for an hour.
