Suggest a better descriptionGrind the chunks of pork shoulder in your food processor until you have ground pork. Place the ground pork in a big bowl and add the minced garlic, marjoram, paprika, ground celery seeds, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, dried thyme, black pepper powder, brown sugar and salt. Knead all the ingredients well until everything is well combined. Pour the cup of water over the sausage mixture and then knead once more. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, stuff the mixture into sausage casings and allow it to dry. Make sure that you do not overstuff the casing or your sausage will burst. Now put the sausage in boiling water and boil them for about half an hour to forty five minutes. Remove from water and allow the sausage to dry. You can have the sausage baked, grilled or fried.
