Lightly fried chicken marinated in Kikkoman soy sauce with fresh lime juice topped with cheese and sprinkled with butter sauce. This recipe makes a delicious meal the whole family will enjoy.
1. Cut the chicken in to chunks and the a medium bowl pour the cajun spices, lime juice, and soy sauce.
2. Place the chicken in the bowl and marinate for about 10 minutes or so. Make sure each chunk is glazed with soy sauce mixture.
3. Cook chicken on a skillet
4. Take a cookie tray and cover with a layer of foil, when the chicken is cooked place on the tray and add cheese
5. Add the desire amount of butter into a microwavable bowl with salt pepper and pinch of basil. Melt and then add onto chicken
The preparation time will vary depending on how fast you cook but should not take more than an hour. Frying will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to Crisco for frying instead of oil for better taste. You will only need about an inch of oil in the pan to cook the chicken.
