This is killer good but is full of all the stuff bad for you to counter the good for you spinach
Steam Spinach (stove top or microwave). Once cool squeeze all the excess moisture from the spinach and place in a large bowl.
Saute mushrooms & onion and garlic and add to spinach.
Add bread stuffing, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, and seasoning.
Pour melted butter over all and mix well. The mixture should be very moist at this point. If it is too dry, add more melted butter or chicken broth.......
Put into a casserole or glass baking pan
Then bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until hot.
