Korean main dish
Cut cabbage into chunks ... excluding core. Put cabbage in large bowl and cover with salt. Allow to sit until cabbage is tender. Rinse well and set aside.
Put bell pepper & garlic in a blender and blend until no chunks. Stir in red pepper until desired spiciness. Place all ingredients into a large jar with a tight seal. ;) Keep in the fridge.
