Heat oil and saute bell pepper, celery, and onions until onions are translucent.
Add seasonings and tomatoes.
Cook 5 minutes , then add rice and half of the liquid and bring to a boil, adding more liquid as necessary.
Saute the chicken and sausage in in a different pan until lightly browned, then add to the jambalaya.
Stir together and add shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes.
