Suggest a better descriptionCook Penne Pasta according to package directions and partially drain. Meanwhile, slice onions and peppers into thin strips. If needed cut sausage into coins. Saute onions till golden. Add sausage and cook thoroughly. Add the speghetti sauce and heat through. Add the pasta to the sauce mixture. Transfer to a baking pan (larger than a 9x13) Layer some of the mozzarella cheese in with the pasta. Top with remaining cheese to form a good layer. Sprinkle with some parmesean cheese and bake til the cheese is bubbly ~15 mins. Serve with more parmesean cheese.
Serve with salad and bread.
