Suggest a better description1. Blend the cream cheese and sour cream thoroughly.
2. Combine taco seasoning to taste.
3. Spread mixture over cookie sheet.
4. Cover with salsa.
5. Cook hamburger ensuring it remains crumbly. Drain and sprinkle over top.
6. Drain olives and distribute over top.
5. Sprinkle chives over top.
6. Sprinkle cheese over top
7. Refrigerate until served.
8. Serve with tortilla chips.
Can probably be served hot although I haven't tried it. Bake at 350 F (177 C) until cheese melts.
