Blend all ingredients in an 8x8 pan. Make 3 indentations and add...6 Tablespoons of oil, 1 Tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then over all the ingredients pour 1 cup cold water (or coffee). Stir with fork till evenly blended.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Toothpick in center comes out clean.
