Add/Mix first 3 Ingredients and OJ. Let stand 5 Minutes.
Mix, in Separate bowl - Dry Milk, 4 cups of the flour, Gluten. Stir well. Add to wet mix. Add salt, Stir but not to much. Stir in slowly the rest of the flour. Stop when a little sticky but off the bowl. Turn out and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.. Knead till soft and elastic. About 20 Minutes. A little sticky is good. Put in a greased bowl, cover and place covered in a warm place. Let rise till double. Punch down, form bread and place in well greased bread pan. Cover in warm place and let rise to 1 inch above pan. Cook in 350 oven till 190 degrees. About 35 minutes. Butter top after out of oven. Egg White Water Wash works wee to keep seeds on top. Slash if desired just before going in oven.
