1. Cook onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
2. Mix onion mixture with soups, chicken, rotel tomatoes, and spices in a bowl.
3. Tear 6 tortillas in bottom of greased foil pan.
4. Top 3 1/2 cups of sauce mix.
5. Top with 1 1/2 cup of cheese.
6. Repeat layers.
