In a skillet cook the the onions, the jalapeno peppers, and the the bell peppers, with
the chicken, until the vegetables are tender. Add the green chillies. Set aside. Layer
the bottom of baking pan with the chips and spread over with half the chicken mixture.
Top with half the cheese. Layer with the salsa, the sour cream, and top with the rest
of the chicken mixture. In a bowl mix the soups and layer it over the chicken. Top with
the rest of the chips and the cheese. Place in oven and bake at 350 until the cheese is
melted and the mixture is bubbly throughout.
