Quick and easy casserole
Cook chicken add water and simmer till tender. Dice and save stock. Line bottom and sides of well greased 3 qt casserole with 6 tortillas. Sprinkle with 2 or more TBS stock. Comibine soups, onion, green chili, & chili powder. Layer half soup mix, then half chicken, & then half cheese on top of tortillas. Make second layer of tortillas. Chicken, soup mix, cheese.
Pour can of rotel on top.
Bake 350
