Extremely easy and delicious
In a bowl, mix whole-wheat four, 1/2 c flour,soda,and salt. Add buttermilk, 1/3 c oil, and molasses, stir well until moistened.
Grease a 9 " round cake pan,spread batter into pan and level.
Bake in 400 oven until bread is browned and just begins to pull away from sides, 35-45 min. Let cool in pan at least 5 min. Cut into wedges.
