Whisk all ingredients together well and cook over medium heat until the sauce is clear (about 20 minutes). If needed, add the 4th tbsp soy sauce &/or salt to taste.
If using frozen concentrated juice, use 1 C concentrate + 3 C water.
Serve over steamed rice & veggies, add any other options (ie. pineapple, bell peppers, marchino cherries, chicken, meatballs...)
