In saucepan mix crumbs margarine sugars and milk. Bring to boil. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly. Layer 1/3 of crackers on bottom of ungreased 9×13 (cover entire bottom). Poor 1/2 boiled mix on top. Put 2nd layer crackers, then remaining mix. Then put the 3rd layer of crackers.
Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with peanut butter. Spread on top of crackers. Cool & cut
