1. Preheat oven to 350, line two baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat whites to stiff peaks.
3. Cream the cream cheese, then add yolks one at a time. Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
4. Gently fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Evenly spoon onto parchment paper in 4 inch circles 3/4 inches high, leaving space around each.
5. Bake up to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
