to water and broth add onion, potatoes, boullion cubes and spices. Boil until potatoes are done about 12-15 minutes. Add cream and Knoepfla noodles. Simmer 30-40 minutes.
Note: for the noodles mix together 3 cups flour, 2 eggs a little bit of water (enough to make a stiff dough) and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough (about 5-10 minutes) and cut into small bite size pieces.
