Homemade knoepfla soup
Mix dough ingredients in a bowl. Roll out dough in half inch round logs.
Saute onions in butter. Add potatoes, water, chicken bouillon, salt & pepper.
Boil until potatoes and vegetables are soft. Add milk and cream of chicken soup
Once the soup begins to boil, cut small pieces of dough into the soup.
Let cook for 5-10 minutes or until dough is cooked.
Salt to taste!
